BACKROUND INFORMATION.

Our concept provides flexibility to client's need. The shipping container concept provides solid offices for site  works. The PVC system of building is based on interlocking PVC hollow wall panel components. The wall panels slide into each other to form a hollow wall ready to hold aerated concrete or stabilized earth.

The PVC components/sections are lightweight and stackable. When shipped they take up little space, which is particularly important in reducing transportation costs. A 12 cubic meter container (40 ft) can accommodate all the necessary materials to construct 4 or 5 houses, depending on the chosen design. Component can also be ferried by canoe across rivers in areas of difficult terrain

A simple two- bedroom -apartment can be erected in 10 days by 4 low skilled   laborers. Benefactors of houses can also assemble their houses in there own community under any form of house donation scheme.

This system allows for the construction of solid high quality buildings at a low cost.
